Can pepper spray be purchased in all 50 states?

Please check the laws in your state as Onyx Amor is not responsible for purchases made within states with pepper spray may not be legal. 

How long will it take to receive my products?

We make every effort to ship items within 48 hours of your order purchase and confirmation. Shipping times may vary based on reasons outside the control of Onyx Amor.

What are the shipping costs?                        

Shipping costs are free on orders over $35.

Can I get a defense key chain in a color not shown on the website?

Onyx Amor makes every effort to meet the demands of our customers however if there is a color that is not shown or referenced on the website, it is not currently available for purchase. 

Can I mix and match the defense keychain items?

Defense keychains are sold as shown on the website unless otherwise stated. The customer has the option to purchase additional keychains to mix and match colors, charms, etc.

What is the refund/exchange policy?

Onyx Amor does not accept any returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the item or a mistake has been made in the order by Onyx Amor. 

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders placed Monday through Friday prior to 4 pm PST will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
